How much do you charge?

I strive to remain upfront with my prices. I try my best to make sure you know the total cost of your repair at first communication. However, it can be difficult to give exact estimate as each repair is unique. We may even recommend to not go forward with repair and to get a new/replacement device, as sometimes the repair can be more expensive than the value of the device. Most repairs end up being less than $300.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, however, most repairs can be done same-day. Timing on completion of repair depends on the number of repairs in line in front of you. We strive to get all cell phone repairs done within a couple of hours.

Do you charge a diagnostic fee?

If we can diagnose the issue without opening the device or spending time searching for the problem, there is no charge. However, if disassembly is required to assess the full extent of the damage for an accurate estimate, or if a device turns out to be beyond repair after work has begun, a minimum bench fee of $50 applies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer cash, check, or Venmo. We can take card payments but a 5% service charge will apply due to rising cost of fees from third-party companies. To take card payments, we will email you an invoice with a credit card payment option.

Can you remove computer viruses? Or do you do computer/laptop software work?

Our expertise is in physical hardware repair. While we do take some of these jobs on a case-by-case basis, we typically refer these types of jobs to a trusted company that is local.

What do you fix?

If is uses electricity, we are confident we can fix it! We have completed successful repairs on things like computers, laptops, gaming consoles, cell phones, garage door openers, multimeters, appliances, auto diagnostic tools, medical equipment, and much more!
